If you came to last month's organic living meeting, you met some newcomers to the group, experienced the healing techniques of "Body Talk", "Raindrop Therapy", or may have gotten a foot massage with organic essence oils from some healers from out of state...then you got to try and take home a whole selection of fresh sprouts brought by Suzanne Krausz... and you got to participate in a discussion about eating organically and socialize. As usual, our meeting was just amazing, nourishing and full of fun surprises!

Next month's meeting will be an informative one. We will watch the film, "The Future of Food", by Jerry Garcia's wife, Deborah Koons Garcia. Then we will have some time for discussion and socializing. As usual, this will be a potluck meeting.

OK, one last change from your technologically challenged organizer - 12:00 a.m. is the default time, and somehow my time got changed back to that. We will be meeting at 6:30 p.m. Also, Bethany has requested that we meditate on my screened in porch, so seating material is optional. Just know that the floor is brick, and while we have a rug, it is not too thick. Hope to see each and every one of you there!!

Meditation to Bring Vital Energy to Your Health - Join us for a guided meditation by our very own Bethany Dalton-Kash. Discover the myriad benefits of meditating from an experienced instuctor and healer. This will be at my house, and directions are accessible to members only. If you are not a member and not coming with another member, please email me for directions. We will be meditating on my dock, so bring something to sit on - a yoga mat, blanket or towel.

Prior to the meditation, we will have Gail Porcil tell us about her Co-Op, Restaurant and Wellness Center that will be opening in Lake Worth in the upcoming months. To keep the meetup from running too late, this will begin at 6:30 prompt, so if you can't get there right on time, we can fill you in later.

This will be a pot-luck meetup, so please bring an organic dish or snack. Plain or fancy - either one is fine and greatly appreciated.

We will have a table set up for any members to display organic products or literature and/or health enhancing products or literature. If you do plan to do so, please arrive a few minutes early or drop off your stuff early (even the day before) and I can set it up for you. If you grow something organically, you can donate that to the group, we will offer it for sale (usually .99 for, say, a bunch of herbs) and the proceeds will go towards promoting the group and/or sustainable living in general.
