Hi Ladies!!
Just wanted to remind you that I am teaching a fun Kids Yoga Class on Saturday's at 12:15 at Simply Yoga of Delray Beach! I would love to see some of the kids there. The fee is 12$ a class unless you buy a package of 10 in which case it drops to 10$. Its 45 minutes and your welcome to drop off or stay and watch (depending on age, many do better with their parents gone...unless they are 2 or 3). The age is geared toward 4-6 year olds however I have "mature" or "experienced" younger kids too :) Just ask if you have any questions!
I read stories, play games, do "sun dances" and act out adventures all using the yoga poses, breath and yogic principals!
