Organic Fabrics/Mattresses

Does anyone know/understand the advantages and disadvantages of organic cotton vs. organic hemp vs. organic linen vs. any other organic fabrics? I am also curious about the advantages and disadvantages of organic rubber. I am moving and wanted to buy a new mattress, new bedding, etc and I wanted the most eco-friendly materials (within my budget) possible. Can anyone help me? Thanks! :)
